Start with one or book 10 sessions for maximum impact. The work will transform your relationship with yourself. Structural Integration (S.I.) works the deep myofascial structures (secondary muscle groups and insertions of tendons, ligaments and muscle fibers). S.I. uses a range of soft tissue techniques to release articulator motion restrictions. S.I. work is slow and very deep.
